Upcoming Hearings

Hearings listed below take place in the next 60 days.

All hearings are public, unless the Tribunal orders otherwise. If you want to observe a hearing, please contact us at tribunal@opsdt.ca .

Recent Tribunal decisions are on the Outcomes page.

How to read the table

  • Go to the Tribunal’s Glossary for definitions of commonly-used terms.
  • “Hearing Format” indicates whether the hearing is proceeding by teleconference, videoconference or in-person. To protect the health and safety of everyone involved, and to limit the spread of COVID-19, all OPSDT hearings are currently proceeding by videoconference.
  • The different “Hearing Types" are described in the Guide to the Tribunal Process.
  • “CPSO Public Register” links to the physician’s public profile on CPSO’s website, which provides a summary of allegations and other details about the physician.
