How to read the table

  • Go to the Tribunal’s Glossary for definitions of commonly-used terms.
  • “Hearing Format” indicates whether the hearing is proceeding by videoconference, in writing or in-person.
  • The date listed for a written hearing is the date the written materials are expected to be sent to the panel. There is no event happening on that day. To request written materials for either a written or oral hearing, please see Request for access to documents filed in a Tribunal case.
  • The different “Hearing Types" are described in the Guide to the Tribunal Process.
  • “CPSO Public Register” links to the physician’s public profile on CPSO’s website, which provides a summary of allegations and other details about the physician.
