How to read the table

  • Go to the Tribunal’s Glossary for definitions of commonly-used terms.
  • “Hearing Format” indicates whether the hearing is proceeding by teleconference, videoconference or in-person. All OPSDT hearings are currently proceeding by videoconference.
  • The different “Hearing Types" are described in the Guide to the Tribunal Process.
  • “CPSO Public Register” links to the physician’s public profile on CPSO’s website, which provides a summary of allegations and other details about the physician.
