The Rules
The Rules of Procedure, made pursuant to the Ontario Statutory Powers Procedure Act, apply to all Health Professions Discipline Tribunals hearings, including hearings for the Ontario Chiropodists and Podiatrists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Massage Therapists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Occupational Therapists Discipline Tribunal, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal and the Ontario Registered Psychotherapists Discipline Tribunal.

Practice Directions
Practice Directions support and supplement the Rules of Procedure by describing what the Tribunal and parties can expect from each other, as well as giving additional information about the Rules. They may also assist adjudicators when exercising their procedural discretion.
